It teaches us skills to navigate our lives and the issues we face.

This course summarises the humanities, arts and social sciences, taking you through the thinkers and theories that shape our world in a multidisciplinary manner, covering 18 topics from Plato to postmodernism, Homer to hip hop, from the Ice Age to the iPhone.
